Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

At FIRST ORTHOPAEDIC PVT LTD, we believe in setting clear expectations for a worry-free experience. While we do not offer returns, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement only in the following cases:
  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item received

Conditions for Replacement:

To be eligible for a replacement, the following criteria must be met:
  • Request Timeline
    Replacement must be requested within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition
    Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
    MRP tag, barcode, and all original labels must be intact
  • Original Packaging
    Product must be returned with complete original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any)
  • Pickup Location
    Pickup will be scheduled only from the original delivery address
  • Visual Evidence Required
    Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue must be shared at the time of the request (We recommend recording the unboxing process to speed up resolutions.)
